Scott (aka Pippen) - LEAD VOCALS

Twelve years of hard knocks on stage have turned Scott (known to almost everyone but his Mom as Pippen) into the guy he is today—one of the most charismatic and fun frontmen in the game.  He got his start on MTV’s Lip Service in ‘94, wowing the crowd and winning the whole shebang with his buddies (yes, the clip is buried somewhere on YouTube!).  His performance style is infectious…he’s got the pipes to sing the tough stuff, and definitely tries to recreate each song as it was intended vocally, while adding his own brand of non-stop action to the mix.  It’s not uncommon for the crowd to be singing, dancing, and going bananas when Scotty’s at the helm!! You can often see Pippen sneaking up onstage to rock with his peers, including Mr. Greengenes,  Kristen and the Noise, Jefe, and Kelly Bell Band (they are all nice enough not to call security on him!).  He also digs the acoustic thing, and can be seen at an unplugged gig or two, usually during the summer months.

Don - GUITAR | KEYBOARDS

Don has established himself as one of the premier guitarists in the Mid-Atlantic region, and has performed with other regional favorites like Liquid A, Burnt Sienna, and Flip Like Wilson.  He studied guitar at the Berklee College of Music, and it shows---you’ll swear it’s Eddie, or Slash, or Richie, or Angus playing the riffs!  Over 20 years of strumming, and a true appreciation of his craft, have honed Don’s skills as sharp as a samurai’s sword.  He owns over 30 guitars, but mostly plays Gibson Les Pauls and uses Marshall amplifiers.  Only the best, which is why everything sounds so damn authentic!  Not only a beast on stage, Don has produced several recordings for the band, and is a great songwriter in his own right, penning original music with Scott for a local interest show in Baltimore, as well as a movie soundtrack. If you dig what you are hearing out of SNB, be sure to thank Don after the show!

Todd - BASS | BACKING VOCALS

This guy used to play with ThatGuy, and Cheap Date, and has been on the DC/MD/VA scene for years, so it’s no wonder he’s now a part of SNB!  Tizzod (as he is affectionately known) brings the licks every night, with a nice big rig and a five-stringer to bring that extra added amount of “Hells Yeah!”  When not tearing things up on bass, Todd is an avid writer, and contributes a music column to the DC Examiner, and even waxes poetic on his own music-related blog.  Funny dude, great bassist…he’s RAD!

Rich - DRUMS & PERCUSSION | LEAD & BACK-UP VOCALS

Rich is a native of Fairfax, VA, and honed his skills as the drummer for several local bands, including Northern Virginia Top 40 cover bands Second Story and The Harmonic Carousel.  Rich also performed with jerX, one of Washington DC’s top party bands in the early 2000’s.  Rich’s affinity for Rush, Zeppelin, and Maiden may explain his insane precision and timing, and his no-holds-barred style of play means the thump hits you in the chest on every song!  His technique, while rooted in rock music, also lends a lot of power to SNB’s more dance-inspired tunes (the kid’s house beat is a thing of wonder!).  And if that’s not enough, he sings too…Rich of all trades indeed!
